Shipping policy

Standard delivery costs are as follows:

Orders for £35 and over attract free delivery.

Orders under £35 will attract a fee of £3.95 shipping within the UK (delivery within 3-5 business days).  Shipping to the European Union is £12.  Rest of the World £30.

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business working days from the order having been placed.

Express delivery service is available which will be shipped (following day from order date) on a Tracked 24 service with delivery between 1-3 working days.

For all international orders, please kindly note we will not be responsible for any import charges / VAT / Taxes that may be applicable/payable on the goods entering the recipient country.

Please kindly note in the event you do not provide your full address at the time of placing the order and as a result, your order is returned to us as the courier has been unable to deliver your parcel, there will be a fee of £3.95 levied for the order to be re-shipped, in the event you choose not to have the parcel re-shipped, a fee of £3.95 will be levied for the initial shipping on any refund due.
